FOR SWEETS FROM HEAVEN

KD Foods acquires legendary South African confectionary retailer Sweets From Heaven trademark rights and begins reinventing and repacking their iconic candy range for the retail market.

KD FOODS DEVELOPS GOOD HEART

KD Foods enters the health and wellness space by developing and launching GOOD HEART.

With a variety of healthy snack offerings the brands gains traction quickly with many of the country’s top retailers listing the range.

KD FOODS ACQUIRES LICENSE RIGHTS FOR DISNEY / MARVEL

KD Foods acquires the license rights for Disney / Marvel  licensed foods and snacks in 22 countries. It begins development and design of branded Disney product.

KD Foods launches Good Heart Kids – a bespoke range of delicious and healthy kids focused products. Launched to retailers across the country.

KD Foods joins forces with manufacturing giant Oya.

The strategic move to own the supply chain from start to finish leads to increased efficiency, flexibility and cost benefit to the company.

KD Foods gain exclusive rights to all Oya’s brands for the retail sector globally. Brands Toros, Oya, Pengo are now part of its basket.
